Software Engineer - Java

What You Will Do:

- Design, develop, debug and maintain software based on functional, non-functional and technical specifications
- Write clean, scalable, and supportable code following Amdocs engineering standards and modern development methodologies
- Demo your work directly to partners and stakeholders, seeing the real-world impact of what you build
- Investigate and resolve issues through code review and debugging, delivering fixes and workarounds that keep systems running smoothly
- Collaborate with a talented, cross-functional team through peer code reviews, knowledge sharing, and joint problem-solving
- Take technical ownership of your work products and provide guidance during the design of new solutions
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and help drive innovation, efficiency and continuous improvement across the team

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in writing software code in Java
- Good knowledge in Object Oriented Design and development
- Prior experience working within an Agile environment
