Elite Technical is seeking a Clinical focused Business Analyst to support a new mandate (CMS-0057 F) mandate. The selected Business Analyst will lead large stakeholder meetings to extract requirements to meet the new SLA's of this mandate, document, validate, clarify requirements for Interoperability APIs with a focus on Prior Authorization. Other responsibilities include:

- Provide requirements mapping details
- Lead requirements end to end between the business, IT and testing teams
- Responsible for end-to-end requirements traceability

This position is 100% and is a 12 month contract with possible extensions.

Required Skills

- 8 years as a BA with min. of 5 recent years within a Clinical environment
- Excellent requirement gathering skills! Must have experience leading stakeholder meetings to extract requirements, then create documentation artifacts for the technical teams review.
- Knowledge of CMS-0057 F
- Prior experience with Utilization MGT, Clinical Management/Operations
- Experience with any leading Utilization MGT platform. GuideingCare is HIGHLY preferred. Open to InterQual or MCG as secondary options)
- Interoperability and API knowledge is required.
- Prior experience with end-to-end requirements gathering lifecycle
- Prior experience with requirements traceability management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for a multi-party project environment
