Required Skills

**Key Requirements:**

- Over 4 years of experience in Technical Recruiting
- Proven success in filling Information Technology and/or Engineering positions
- Proficient in MS Office, internet navigation, Applicant Tracking Systems, employment websites, and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Results-driven with a strong orientation toward success
