Elite Technical is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with prior expertise in an EHR implementation effort! Our client is in need of documentation for the EHR implementation, and future user guides for internal staff. Core Responsibilities Include:
- Attend EHR-related trainings, implementation meetings, and super-user sessions to fully understand workflows as they are being designed and finalized
- Actively ask clarifying questions and push back when workflows are incomplete, inconsistent, or impractical
- Surface gaps, inefficiencies, and ownership ambiguities and flag them for resolution
- Translate complex workflows into visual process documentation, including:
1. Flowcharts
2. Swim lane diagrams
3. Step-by-step SOPs
- Produce documentation tailored to two primary end-user audiences:
1. Clinical team
2. Finance team
- Ensure documentation reflects both operational reality and system configuration
This position is required to start before Wednesday February 18 2026 in order to attend the initial training meeting. This position is a 3 month contract (40 hours per week) and is fully remote (EST working hours).
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis and Documentation creation experience. Must be highly self-directed; requires minimal hand-holding
- Prior experience supporting and EHR implementation effort is required. Any EHR would suffice, myEvolv would be a huge benefit
- Demonstrated ability to learn clinical workflows quickly when technically strong
- Must have solid communication skills (both oral and writing)
- Proven strength in:
1. Visual workflow design
2. Translating ambiguity into clarity
3. Independent decision-making
- Comfortable telling stakeholders when workflows are unclear or incorrect
- Able to balance speed with precision, especially during go-live phases
- Background in creating the following documentations pertaining to an EHR implementation and post implementation support:
1. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
2. Visual workflows (flowcharts + swim lanes)
3. Training and reference documentation for end users
4. Quick reference guides with screenshots and system cues
5. As-Is / To-Be documentation for an EHR implementation
