Elite Technical is seeking a Technical Configuration Analyst to support our customer. This position is a dual role of a Business Analyst (BA) and Configurator Dev blends, with traditional business analysis with technical familiarity, particularly in CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics. Responsibilities include:

(1) Requirements gathering:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to analyze, document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable User stories or specifications

(2)Power Platform Configuration:
- Configure and Customize Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views and business rules
- Build and Maintain Model-Driven Power Apps
- Configure Power pages for external-facing portals

(3) CRM system familiarity, especially Microsoft Dynamics
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure configurations align with technical constraints
- Participate in testing, validation and deployment activities

This position is a 12 month contract position. Although fully remote, the selected candidate will have to be onsite the first week of employment (multiple locations available, Chicago highly preferred). This position may require some (5-10%) travel to a customer location in New York.

Required Skills

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis and configuration development blended role
- Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Understand technical configurations and limitations
- Familiar with Agile Methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
- CRM system familiarity, especially Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
