Our Client is seeking an experienced and proactive Telecom Test Specialist / Lead with a strong background in telecom workflows and testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of domain experience, and should be comfortable working in a client-facing role, coordinating with multiple vendors and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to review design documents and ensure complete test coverage.
-Conduct functional demos and clarify technical aspects of changes to cross-functional teams.
-Serve as the technical interface for issue resolution, driving closure and ensuring quality outcomes.
-Support testing efficiency initiatives, including test optimization and reusability.
-Participate in Agile/DevOps workflows and CI/CD practices as needed.
Requirements:
-6+ years of experience in the telecom domain as a tester, developer, or QA lead.
-Strong understanding of telecom workflows (e.g., order-to-activate, billing, product catalog, provisioning).
-Proficient in testing tools such as ALM, JIRA, and automation platforms.
-Exposure to automation frameworks is an advantage.
-Experience in defect management and coordination across teams.
-Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and multi-vendor coordination skills.
-Willingness to work from office and flexible to support extended hours/weekends as required.
