Elite Technical is seeking a Test Engineer with specific testing expertise in GenAI, along with strong Automation abilities leveraging Python. The selected candidate will join our clients Software Quality Assurance Team to assist with monitoring programs/projects in the organization to ensure the practices, polices, processes and regulations are adhered, review current policies, standards, plans, processes, and procedures and conduct assessments at the program/project level, report finding and track to closure. The team will provide recommendations for standards, procedures, processes and guidelines for implementing program/project Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) activities, from project initiation through delivery. In addition the Software QA Team will report non-compliance issues and opportunities for improvement and track to closure and audit processes to determine maturity, reusability, uniformity, and repeatability.

Although this position is primarily remote, there will be one (1) PI Planning meeting in Reston VA every quarter. We are seeking candidates that reside in the Virginia/Maryland/Wash DC area. A second round onsite/F2F interview in Reston VA is require prior to selection.

Required Skills

- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree is required
- Experience: 8 years of experience as Test Engineer/SDET professional. Strong knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from initiation to completion with focus on process improvements, assessments, audits and quality controls
- 2+ years of Gen AI Testing experience including but not limited to LLMs, Amazon Frameworks (Lamda and/or Claude Testing is required), and Contextual Comparison Methodologies
-Must have strong Automation abilities, specifically with Python
