Immediate opportunity for Testing Analyst Professionals! The selected candidates will be responsible for executing Facets processing application test plans, test scenarios, defines and solves for test data needs for testing in order to ensure the outgoing Facets products meet and exceed quality standards. Develop and execute Facets tests to identify Facets problems and their root causes, and will have the responsibility to ensure that the business's need for changes to processes, policies and/or information systems are identified, understood, defined, documented and acted upon by eliciting, analyzing, documenting, validating, specifying and verifying the needs of business or user. The incumbent assists in the gathering and synthesizing of business requirements for low complexity software, systems, processes and/or services and translates them into testing specifications ensuring the business objectives are met. As the functional expert, the incumbent serves as the conduit between the business area and the technical or software development team through which requirements flow.

Responsibilities:
* Serves as a liaison between the internal business community and the IT organization in order to provide quality solutions to meet user needs.
* Interpret business needs and issues by gathering, analyzing, documenting and validating the Business area-s user and technical (functional/non-functional) requirements
* Translates business requirements into testing specifications, manages changes to such specifications.
* Supports several simple to moderately complex testing requirements.
*Test Facets system modifications to prepare for implementation.
*Document Facets and application defects using JIRA and report defects to Facets developers and product owners.
*Participates in the review of Facets design and leads the team in supporting the overall quality of various Facets systems and applications.
*Develops an understanding of the business processes being tested.

Required Skills

*Education: This position requires a bachelor-s degree in information technology, Computer Science or Business or equivalent relevant work experience.
*Minimum of 3 years of as a Testing Analyst, with recent Healthcare Claims, Benefits and FACETS testing experience
*Big Plus: Dental Testing
* Willing and able to conduct some Business Analyst related tasks (requirement gathering, analyzing, documenting and validating the Business area-s user and technical (functional/non-functional) requirements
* Has demonstrated experience in JIRA testing, defect management tool.
* Has basic understanding of AGILE methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* SQL Reporting experience = Big Plus
* NASCO = Big plus
