VoIP Technician

Elite Technical is seeking a VoIP Technician to provide installation and support services for a 1100 user VoIP rollout for a government contract in NW Washington DC.

Required Skills

* US Citizenship or Permanent Resident due to government requirement
* Must be able to obtain Public Trust
* AS Degree
* 3-5 years with the installation and support of Avaya VOIP phones

Solid technical understanding of:
* Avaya VOIP desk phones
* Able to use standard IT systems for day-to-day work logging and tasking
* Experience working independently to accomplish project tasking
* Ability to maintain project status via ticketing systems.
