Immediate Need for an Operations Analyst who will play an important role supporting our client as the company continues to build and implement digital solutions to support organizational growth imperatives including member acquisition / retention and provider engagement. This individual will partner with multiple internal stakeholders focused on driving deliverables from definition through implementation. This individual will understand both waterfall-based project management and Scaled Agile based delivery processes. We are seeking an Operations Analyst who will have innate ability to -get things done- with a strong focus on operational excellence and process improvement within the marketing department. Job Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Intake of digital work including website builds, enhancements, content updates, defects, Go-To-Market updates for Open Enrollment Period and Annual Enrollment Periods (by product line)
- Responsible for routing of work through management workflow applications (e.g. Robohead, Digital Asset Manager (DAM), Campaign Management Tool (CMT), VersionOne) with ability to communicate timelines to multiple teams working in different delivery methodologies (waterfall-based delivery and Scaled Agile based delivery)
- Operational maintenance responsibilities including intake of accessibility report, monthly .org compliance monitoring, intake purchase and centralization of SSLs / URLs
- Recommend efficiencies to streamlining process improvements once within role
- Documentation of processes and establishment of knowledge repository to reduce individual reliance on -single point of contact-
- Engagement with the Creative, Development, and QA teams to gain alignment, track progress and ensure any blockers are addressed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal team and leaders and assist in the creation of department roadmaps, scopes and outcomes
- Monitor content updates throughout all web properties to ensure alignment with product features and campaign goals. Ensure that content is consistent throughout web sites, portals, communications and applications
- Perform -staging- validation of user stories and post-production checkout of completed development work
Our client is a major Healthcare insurance organization based in New York, NY. This position is 100% remote with the possibility of a return to the NYC office in 2022.
- Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant analyst (user stories, requirement gathering, schedule tracking, project status feedback, etc-) experience
- Seeking client deliverables related experience/exposure
- Agile / Scrum Framework knowledge is required (understanding of Waterfall is a big plus)
- Prior Agency experience (interactive marketing or digital) would be a big plus
- Prior experience within a Marketing department would be a big plus
- High level of organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Experience gathering and communicating complex business requirements in a simple and easy to understand manner to other staff
- Effective communication with all levels of the organization, including technical staff, internal non-technical staff, testing teams, and business stakeholders
