Junior to Mid level Change Manager

Elite Technical is seeking a Change Manager for our customer, a major Federal Healthcare Insurance organization, in Reston VA. The selected Change Manager will clearly demonstrate knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, best practices, tools and techniques applied in an IT environment. Tasks, deliverables and expectations include:

(1) Partner with project implementation teams to achieve business goals through successful engagement of internal and external stakeholder to facilitate adoption of technical solutions.
(2) Reports on critical success factors and measurable benefits of projects deployed
(3) Roll out changes to stakeholders in a structured way with regard to the transition from one technology or business process to another
(4) Responsible for monitoring and driving business ready organizational change including role and responsibility definition
(5) Defines process and is responsible for measurement of system adoption, project success metrics, and benefit maximization

The selected Change Manager will be joining a team of Change Management and Communications professionals that are not only leading an enterprise-wide transition, but leading a change in culture that includes adaption of change management best practices. Required Skills

* Relevant BS Degree, Computer Science or Business
* 3+ years of career experience
* 3+ years specialized Business Change Management (BCM) experience with a proven track record for delivering excellent quality BCM-related data collection, assessments, plans, and roadmaps with a passion for creating engaging and relevant business presentation content
* Capabilities include:
(1) Change Management methodologies
(2) Drive Change through Best practices, tools and techniques
(3) Support IT Directors driving business change
(4) A proven ability to lead and manage the work of other change management specialists and support strategic work across lines of business, portfolios, programs and projects

(1) Healthcare experience
(2) PROSCI certified

(1) Ability in planning and affecting successful change though communication
(2) Desire to actively participate and support change
(3) Ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision making
