Seeking a Product Manager to join our client's Financial Markets Compliance team to develop the product strategy and vision based on our client's customers overall business strategy and market analysis.
This is a direct full-time position that is currently 100% Remote, but will be moving to a Hybrid model (3 days in Hoboken, NJ - 2 days home) late 2021 / early 2022.
Product Manager will be expected to perform the following:
- Ensure products meets customer expectations and achieve target CSAT
- Collaborate with marketing, presales, sales, partners and customers to drive business, maintain product knowledge and ensure clear communication
- Collaborate with R&D on delivery of the product backlog with high quality taking time to market into mind
- Manage partner activities for OEM products including build/buy assessment, pricing, technical integration specifics, ongoing roadmap planning
- Be responsible to gather, map and prioritize market challenges, features, and product requirements from all stakeholders (e.g. customers, partners, R&D, sales, services, competition, analysts, regulations), balancing short-term commitments, customer needs and long-term roadmap
- Own the Cloud product strategy and vision based on the overall strategy and market analysis
- Own and communicate the high level and detailed product roadmap
- Define product launch and end-of-life
- Maintain up to date product demo environments mirroring current market messaging
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience passionate about learning and implementing new technologies, and passionate about meeting customer expectations. The candidate must be articulate and capable of communicating across our client-s organization and with their enterprise customers including business and technical stakeholders. Knowledge wise we are looking for 5 to 7 years of experience, Product Manager experience either directly or indirectly. Background one or more of the following working with Financial Firms, Regulatory / Compliance, Information Technology (Software, Hardware, Unified Communications / Voice Recording - Trader voice / Telecom) Cloud technology - e.g AWS/Azure, SaaS etc..
