Project Manager (100% Remote)

Immediate 4-6 month contract for a Project Manager with strong Agile and infrastructure experience to lead various cross functional projects (new & existing) within IT and bring them to closure adhering to timelines, scope and budget.

100% Remote position with the understanding they can make occasional trips to offices as required (for inspection, understanding the current layout or any important meetings on-site). We're probably talking 1-3 times a year, not more than that if at all. The initial contract is 4-6 months with the potential to extend based on performance and business need.


- Will manage existing and new infrastructure projects including networking, cloud, security, etc.
- Adapt processes to improve inefficiencies and accelerate project delivery and timelines
- Track progress against enterprise/Service Line plans and provides executive summary
- Translate, analyze data and effectively report problems through written and graphical formats
- Interpret complex quantitative results and distill key impacts relevant to business needs
- Document and produce reports as necessary on configuration, methodology and insights from results
- Integrate business data from multiple internal and external sources; develop adaptive logic for resolving differences and ensuring quality
- Manage the schedule, budget, scope, and quality of implementation projects
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, custom workflows, resource plans and status reports
- Help design, document, maintain and improve processes in a continuous manner

Required Skills

- 3-4 years of progressive Project Management experience within Agile Project teams & a minimum of 2 years as an Agile Project Lead
- Experience managing infrastructure projects including Networking (Cisco), Security, AD, Cloud/365, etc.
- Prior experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer.
- Experience with document management processes
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven hands-on experience with Agile Principles and experience working with Scrum teams, Visual boards (Kanban etc.), Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools
- Ability to analyze and document business and system processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with business heads, engineers and managers in a multi-faceted organization
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) with technical, non-technical staff and stakeholders
- Experience with providing technical guidance to IT delivery teams preferred
