Workforce Reporting Analyst


Immediate Fulltime/Direct hire with our client, who is responsible for a health insurance plans provided to their Union Membership nationwide. Elite Technical is seeking a Workforce Reporting Analyst to support our clients Training, Productivity and Testing Department. The selected candidate will be conducting workforce reporting tasks to improve operating efficiency through the development and maintenance of work measurement systems. This position is strictly on the reporting side to support production areas by providing accurate procedures to drive process improvements tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

- Conduct workforce monitoring to prepare work measurement reports and KPI-s.
- Maintain reference of methods, standards and historical data of workforce daily activities.
- Perform workflow analysis and recommend changes to improve efficiency.
- Address new procedure requests submitted by other business areas and coordinate tasks that will keep our online procedure manual, Q-Pedia, up-to-date with current policies and procedures.
- Act as back-up support with procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

This position is primarily remote, but does require occasionally onsite work out of our clients Glen Burnie MD office. This is a direct hire opportunity with our client, who is offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Required Skills


- AA degree (or commensurate experience) is preferred, preferably within math or statistical areas
- Experience in Workforce process reporting and analyzing workflow in order to draft procedure manuals and reporting of KPI-s. Previous experience monitoring workforce activities to create KPI-s for management review is critical
- Must have solid experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Coming from the healthcare insurance industry / knowledge of claims processing systems (i.e. Claims adjudication system, data entry system, imaging and documentation system, etc.) is a big plus.
- Time management and organizational skills a must.
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems that arise.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment supporting multiple operations areas.
- Thorough knowledge and comprehension of operational procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and write operational procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
