Program Manager


Elite Technical is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support the management of large DoD-related research and development (R&D) efforts consisting of multiple performers in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be the point person for all facets of program lifecycle management to ensure successful execution of deliverables on time and under budget. Responsibilities include:

- Providing independent analysis, risk assessment, and risk mitigation of on-going progress on programs
- Coordinating and leading progress reviews, test events, and site visits
- Briefing leadership on program progress, issues, and opportunities
- Oversight on contractual and financial compliance

Required Skills


Required Skills:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical R&D programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate all facets of a technical program
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent

- Self-motivated and a demonstrated self-starter
- Proven ability to work on multi-disciplinary teams

- Experience with research in cybersecurity or hardware security
- 10+ years of experience managing technical programs
- Experience with large DoD-related R&D programs
