Business Development / Sales / Account Manager - Remote (Full-Time)
Location: Remote | Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission

Elite Technical is actively seeking a dynamic Business Development / Sales Professional / Account Manager to join our team in a remote, full-time capacity. This role offers a competitive base salary along with a performance-driven commission structure.

About the Role:
This position is focused on expanding our new business development efforts and increasing our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new partnerships by establishing Elite Technical as an approved staffing provider or subcontractor to organizations that can benefit from our specialized IT and Engineering recruiting services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic networking

Build and maintain strong client relationships with hiring managers, program managers, and key decision-makers

Present tailored staffing solutions to prospective clients using effective communication and presentation skills

Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction

Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads to meet and exceed sales targets

Required Skills

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in staffing or consulting sales (IT or Engineering preferred)

Proven ability to generate new business and close sales independently

Strong phone presence and a fearless, proactive approach to prospecting

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation delivery

High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to travel up to 25% as needed

Demonstrated strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or collaboratively

Passion for technology and helping organizations build high-performing teams
