Elite Technical is in search for a bright, energetic Quality Analyst for one of its global financial services clients.

The Quality Analyst role works within our client's agile/scrum Product Engineering team to work on assigned testing tasks provided and overseen by a more senior Quality Analyst.

This role takes on and completes small tasks to the definition of done, works with immediate peers, and communicates appropriately.

-Responsibilities include:

* Analysis of requirements.
* Development and execution of test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
* Creation of meaningful test cases.
* Ensures that defects are recorded, reported, re-tested and traceable to the user story.
* Application of SDLC and STLC concepts.
* Participates in creation and updates to the Quality Strategy.
* Ensure that User expectations are met during the testing process.
* Documentation of test results.

Required Skills

* BS/AS degree preferred, not required
* 2 years of relevant QA experience
* Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology including Agile ceremonies.
* Understanding of the various QA terminologies, SDLC and STLC.
* Experience writing SQL queries and querying relational databases.
* Experience with manual unit, end-to-end testing
