Seeking a Network Administrator to handle day-to-day management of the network and escalation tickets for a non-profit company located in Arlington, VA. The Network Administrator will be responsible for administering the corporate network/Wi-Fi. Additionally, you will be required to travel to field office locations across the country to assist with installations as needed. The number of users are estimated to be less than 500.

The initial contract is for 6-months with the likelihood to extend to 12 months. The role is 100% onsite at the client's headquarters in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Manage network from the Arlington, VA location
* Resolve escalation cases as needed
* Handle patching and port management
* Assist with network installation at field offices (travel required)

Required Skills

* Experience working as a Network Administrator with wired and wireless expertise
* Minimum CCNA (prefer CCNP)
* Extensive Meraki experience including Meraki switching, firewall, and wireless both from a configuration and support/troubleshooting standpoint.
* Experience with Microsoft Teams
* Mobility experience required
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audience
* History of providing excellent customer service
* Ability to travel as needed (locally)
