PC Technician (Tier I)

Seeking a Tier I PC Technician to assist with imaging 150 new devices and working with end users to transition customizations to the new device.

The position is 100% onsite Monday to Friday in Hampton, NH. The initial contract is for 3 month with the opportunity to be extended.

Responsibilities:
* Image new devices
* Assist end users in transitioning customizations to new devices
* Assist with inventory management
* Adhere to existing customer SOPs regarding provisioning equipment

Skills/Education:
* 3+ years- experience providing technical end user support
* Experience imaging devices
* Experience working with a ticketing system
* Ability to provide excellent customer service
