Seeking a Test Engineer who will be responsible for system integration and test; leading integration and test requirements analysis within our client-s Federal program. The selected candidate will:

- Preparing test plans, procedures and reports
- Test tool selection and automation
- Support and contribute to systems engineering for a Private Cloud Infrastructure solution. Lead improvements in the Cloud Infrastructure functional maturation for User-Driven Services and their related test processes.
- Support the planning and conduct of Test activities; define test plans and sequences relative to complex software and hardware subsystems and resolves identified conflicting issues.
- Participate in a complex testing program; establish methods and techniques, plan tests, develop test requirements, write test procedures and reports, and conduct tests utilizing comprehensive knowledge of these complex subsystems.

Required Skills

- Security clearance status of TS/SCI is required. CI polygraph test is highly preferred but can be attained prior to onboarding.
- Must be DoD 8570 compliant at IA Technical (IAT)/IA Management (IAM) Level 2
- Experience with using Splunk as a reporting tool
- Proficient in Xacta or eMASS systems accreditation tools
- Experience with testing VMware SaaS/PaaS/Cloud/Web based applications.
- Experience with multi-threaded, big Data, distributed Cloud architectures and frameworks
- Experience with AWS or Azure
- Experience in source code control experience with a distributed SCM, such as Git
- 5+ years of experience at Level III
- Linux / Windows Environments
- Scripting (Perl, shell, etc.)
- C and/or C++
- Matlab
- Configuration management tools
- Defect tracking tools
- Proficient in a Security Assessment and Authorization / Risk Management /Governance / Compliance platform (RSA Archer preferred)
- Strong Visio knowledge; Experienced with Security Systems Engineering Plans and the Defense Acquisition System (PDR/ CDR / MVP / ORR / System Acceptance, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience with NIST Information Security guidance, especially in delivering a NIST SP-800-37 compliant program.
