Training Instructor (OSHA)

Elite Technical is seeking a Training Instructor, with an Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) knowledge, to support our customer in their Norman, OK office (onsite 5 days per week). Candidates with a classroom training experience is NOT required (just a big plus) as our client is willing and able to mentor/teach how to deliver virtual OSHA trainings. We are seeking candidates that have OSHA experience/knowledge in order to provide annual OSHA trainings to our clients internal employees.

Required Skills

- Must have knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health
Act (OSHA) General Industry / Construction standards and/or OSHA compliance programs (like HAZWOPER, Hazard Communication, Bloodborne Pathogens, etc.)
- Any OSHA related certs is a BIG PLUS
- Any experience providing Classroom Training to adult learners is a BIG PLUS.
- Ability to condense and simplify complex information and communicate clear oral and written instruction.
- Ability to instruct adults with varied backgrounds and levels of experience in complex subjects.
