Elite Technical is seeking two (2) eLearning Specialist who can support our customer, a government entity. We are seeking candidates who can assist with the creation of training materials/programs for adult learners. The selected candidate will receive information from team members after detailed SME interviewing to then create the actual training program for the instructors to deliver the training to the adult learners. The selected candidate will have a basic history of course content gathering experience along with basic knowledge of SW authoring tools.

These positions are Hybrid opportunities (3 days per wk onsite / 2 remote) and are contract to permanent opportunities. Regarding the work location, candidates that reside within a 5-hour drive of Norman OK can be considered as the government entity has multiple offices in the following areas (more are available outside of this list as well) - Kansas City, Brandon MS, Little Rock AR, Springfield MS, Waco TX, Dallas TX, Tulsa OK

Required Skills

- Degreed or in school for technical training creating/authoring, media design, and/or UI design
- Knowledge/experience in building training/learning courses/materials a plus
- Knowledge/experience using: Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or heavy Powerpoint experience (in that order, Captivate is current authoring tool)
