Elite Technical is seeking a Data Science Analyst to become an integral part of our clients team, providing crucial support to the Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) at Quantico VA (onsite, 5 days per week + some travel). The selected candidate will be responsible for capturing Marine combat related testing data to ensure our military leaders are well informed to make critical safety decisions, and other mission critical decisions within the Marine Corps. Your Mission:

- Develop comprehensive data collection and analysis strategies, seamlessly blending quantitative and qualitative data.
- Apply scientific methodologies to inform both qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Department of Defense (DoD) entities, with a special emphasis on the Navy and Marine Corps.
- Coordinate data acquisition and analysis efforts among diverse stakeholders.
- Engage with key stakeholders to address matters pertaining to allies, international partnerships, and strategic development.
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills spanning the civilian and military spheres, engaging everyone from Action Officers to General and Flag Officers.
- Showcase proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages, with a preference for R, Python, and SQL.
- Leverage your expertise to bolster strategic-level planning and wargaming initiatives for the Department of Defense.
- Apply your in-depth knowledge of Design of Experiments and the Operational Test and Evaluation (ODT&E) process.

Required Skills

- An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
- 5+ years of experience in Operations Research or Data Science.
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field is REQUIRED.
- Proven experience collaborating with DoD entities, particularly the NAVY/USMC, or other government branches is required. Past engagement in a Joint or Service Headquarters organization. Prior experience supporting the military is required.
- Experience with U.S. Marine Corps MAGTF capabilities, posture, and operations is a HUGH PLUS.
- Must have one or more programming/scripting languages, with a preference for R, Python, and SQL.
- Prior experience with creating dashboards in Tableau or similar platforms
- Exceptional professional communication skills - the ability to express yourself clearly, concisely, and effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A team player with excellent organizational and time management aptitude.
