Our client, an IT Services organization supporting commercial and federal clients, is seeking UC Technicians to assist with a large-scale Cisco UC deployment across offices in the Woodbridge, VA area for an existing commercial customer.

The initial contract is for 6-months. The selected UC Technicians will be expected to travel from home to the client offices around Woodbridge, VA.

Responsibilities:
* Assist with a large-scale on-premises deployment of a Cisco UC solution
* Make recommendations and suggestions based on best practices
* Effectively manage one time to work efficiently and meet deadlines
* Assist with troubleshooting
* Provide excellent customer service to all end users

Required Skills

* Four-year degree in a related field
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
* Extensive experience with on-prem UC deployments
* Experience with Cisco UC solutions
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Avaya experience preferred
* Prior project management experience preferred

* Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
* Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
* Ability to climb ladders and reach to install equipment
* Ability to crawl under or around furniture to install equipment
* Ability to work on a computer for long periods
* Sit or stand through a regular workday
