Technical Delivery Project Manager

Immediate need for a Technical Delivery Project Manager who can lead customer calls for change requests to our client's claims system. The selected candidate will lead, plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects for the customer requests within the IT Infrastructure team.


--- Coordinate technical changes with internal cross functional teams
--- Negotiate and obtain approval for schedules pertaining to Technical System Upgrades
--- Communicate technical change activities and scheduled outages with stakeholders.
--- Manage the change requests and track its completion with team members. Ensure statuses are updated in tracking system (ServiceNow/Onestop, other systems can be considered)
--- Lead the technical documentation creation efforts
--- Host meetings with stakeholders to intake, track status, and understand new project and technical requests.
--- Prepares key documents, present business cases and produces other reports as needed while collaborating with stakeholders to bring technical deliverables for projects to completion.

Required Skills

-Experience: 5 years experience managing technical delivery projects in a cross-functional, technical systems implementation
-Previous experience in facilitating customer calls for change request at the system level. Ability to create technical documentation (from the customers) for internal stakeholders to execute on the request, and to ensure the deliverable is completed successfully.
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
-Ability to successfully lead in a matrixed environment
- Although not required, any hands on knowledge in the following would be considered a BIG PLUS: SFTP for file transfers, MQ for EDI exchange, API calls (web service calls), ability to interact with firewall/network teams.
-Healthcare Industry Knowledge considered a PLUS
- SharePoint or similar (for tracking purposes)
