Seeking a Project Analyst who has worked within the Healthcare Insurance industry, specifically within Healthcare Benefits! The selected candidate will coordinate with the product strategy operations team to ensure all benefits costs / procedures / contracts etc.. are well defined and accurate at the operational level. The selected candidate will analyze and track progress, and assists with documentation to support project needs..
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
*Plans and communicates aspects of project performance to team members and implements the vision and objectives.
*Assists in the oversight of project tasks, establishes and monitors milestones, and prepares progress reports.
* Interfaces with a variety of disciplines and coordinates the work of functional units across the division and/or broader organization.
* Provides end to end project management support in terms of reporting, project deliverable tracking and documentation. Acts as a liaison across all areas to ensure effective and efficient goals, scope, progress, and completion of projects.

Although this position is 100% remote, we can only accept candidates that reside in one of the following states: DC, MD, VA, WV, NC, PA, DE, NY, NJ, TX, FL. (PLEASE NOTE: if local to the Canton MD area, this position will require to be onsite 1x per week after conversion to FTE status)
-Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.)
-Experience: 1 year+ of Healthcare Benefits knowledge. Must have strong knowledge of benefits to include: Benefits summaries, benefits templates, benefits costs, benefits contracts, etc-.
-Must have strong analytical skills and organizational skills
-Any Project Management/Coordination experience considered a BIG PLUS (projects around introducing new benefit options to members or similar)
-Strong MS Excel skills (formulas, doc merging, pivot lookup, etc-)
