Patient Case Coordinator


Elite Technical is seeking Patient Case Utilization Coordinator in the Maryland/Virginia/Wash DC area! We are seeking candidates that have prior Healthcare experience (provider or payor) to assist with Patient Case file completions. The selected candidate will support the management clinical teams by assisting with non-clinical administrative tasks and responsibilities related to pre-service, utilization review, care coordination and quality of care. This position will have a combination of both Data Entry and Outbound Calls to Provider offices.

Required Skills


-Education Level: High School Diploma
-Experience: 3 years experience in healthcare claims, service areas, office support, or health care/managed care setting. Seeking candidates that have worked within Patient Case Files for healthcare providers.
-Must have strong Data Entry skills
-Must have strong outbound calling experience
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding is highly preferred
- Guiding Care and HealthEdge systems exp = big plus
