Seeking a Product Owner with specific experience within PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) within an Agile environment. We are seeking candidates that understand how Pharmacy businesses work in order to support an internal, home grown tool within our client-s environment! Drives value to the business by building, managing, and maintaining a Product Backlog in collaboration with IT teams. Represents the business to the team, and defines business purpose and value for them. Defines the details of what is to be done and the overall scope of the project for the product offering. Ensures that acceptance criteria are well-defined. Plays a key role in shaping the product direction, creating the feature(s), writing user stories, and innovating collaboratively through Joint Application Development (JAD) and other brainstorming sessions.
This position is a contract to permanent opportunity. Although primarily remote, this candidate will have to go onsite to our client-s Owings Mills/Baltimore/Canton MD office (can only accept candidates in the DC, MD, VA, PA or Delaware states)
-Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.)
-Experience: Min of 2 years as Product Owner supporting a PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) related project
-Must have experience within Agile frameworks
-Certification: Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO or similar Product Owner/Agile certs is required.
- Ability to define and build product roadmap.

-Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
