Probate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Probate Attorney to join our client's legal team. This individual must be a member of the North Carolina bar and work in-person, full time, at our North Carolina satellite office, which will be acquired to the selected candidates nearby city. You will have a large docket of clients who are participating in the Camp Lejeune Settlement Program.

Required Skills

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the North Carolina bar association
- Proven experience in estate planning and with filing probate documents
