Templating Technician (Long Term)

Elite Technical is looking for an innovative and creative Junior Designer to be a part of the growth of a new and exciting team being built within a fortune 500 orthopedics organization!

The successful candidate will be creating templates of surgical measurements to aid in the positioning of implants for total knee and hip replacements from X-Ray images.

The successful candidate will be analyzing patient imagery in order to provide design and 3D solutions to issues as well as working closely with Process Improvement Engineers to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to future issues.

Required Skills

* BS Degree (preferred) or an AS Degree in an engineering or technical field (preferably Biomedical).
* Recent college graduate up to 2 years of experience
* Experience or exposure to CAD/CAM systems and design applications
* Experience or exposure to the medical industry or another regulated environment
(+) Knowledge of 3D Modeling/PLM software
(+) knowledge of orthopedic anatomy and/or medical terminology
(+) Medical imaging experience (preferred)
(+) Project Management experience (preferred)
(+) Experience with Unigraphics/AMIRA/MIMICS (preferred)
