Litigation Attorney (PA)


Elite Technical is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with specific experience within the Pennsylvania courtrooms to support our client, a full-service law firm that has served the business community for 140 years. We are seeking candidates that are barred in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is willing to work a hybrid schedule (1 day per week in Morristown NJ).

Required Skills


- PA and NJ bars required; NY bar a plus.
- 5-8 years of litigation experience (insurance coverage experience a plus but not required)
- Must have experience in the appellate and trial courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with particular emphasis and experience in the trial courts in the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Lancaster, Montgomery, Bucks, Berks, Northampton, Lehigh, and Schuylkill counties, and the federal courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania welcomed.
