RPA Engineer


The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Systems Engineer will be responsible for complex automation solutions using a variety of methods in support of automation initiatives. Collaborates with the end users as well as team members in design, development, testing and maintenance of automation projects across the organization. Able to engineer process patterns for the purposes of creating reusable assets within architecture. Utilizes process automation best practices to ensure automations meet business requirements and meet stated targets for efficiency. Must be able to consult on and/or develop multiple automation projects and ensure delivery within the given timeline.

This position is a contract to permanent opportunity with our customer, a major Healthcare Insurance organization. Although primarily remote, there will be onsite meetings occasionally so we are seeking candidates that reside in the Maryland, Virginia, Wash DC or West Virginia states. Required Skills


- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.)
- 7+ years of Automation / RPA Engineering experience + Automation tools experience
- Must be coming out of the Healthcare Insurance sector (claims experience preferred)
- Automation Tools: Automation Anywhere is required. Plus is Power Automate or UI Path
- SQL is required. Postgres SQL, Data Lake, and Snowflake is a BIG PLUS
- Basic cloud knowledge is a plus (Any Hybrid, On Prem, Azure or AWS or GCP - AWS is #1)
- Jython or any Java scripting experience is a PLUS
