Business Analyst (MS Dynamics 365 CRM)

Elite Technical is seeking a Business Analyst that has successfully supported a project surrounding Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as a Business Analyst! The Business Analyst will assist our client in researching, developing, and clarifying development enhancements to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform. S/he will capture business requirements in a form of agile stories, and ensures business stakeholder concurrence prior to handing off the requirements to developers for execution. Responsibilities Include:

-Service Management Transformation projects
- Service Management Implementations
- Assists in gathering core configuration requirements, translate these into design model and manage the overall Implementation process In cooperation with developers,
- Captures customers and service providers requirements into stories, solution the approach and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers.
- Service Management Remediation projects
-Assisting Delivery teams to rectify issues and improve service delivered to the customers against Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Platform.

This position is a hybrid opportunity (2x per week in NYC) and is a contract to permanent opportunity with our customer who is supporting a government entity in NYC. Want to learn more? Then you should contact Elite Technical right away!

Required Skills

- Minimum of 8 years as a Business Analyst with at least 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience / knowledge.
- Expert understanding of business analysis core competencies (requirements gathering/writing, user stories, etc...)
- Prior experience working in a large scale setup of multiple teams and handling multiple tracks
- Knowledge of the software development standards and practices is required
- Outstanding writing abilities to produce business functional requirements documents, user interface specifications, use cases, user stories, and/or data dictionaries
- Strong demonstrated analytical skills applied to business software solutions maintenance and/or development.
- Strong process analysis skills
- Strong process documentation skills
- Excellent communication/writing skills
- Understanding Scrum Methodology
-Expert organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, self-starter able to work independently with minimum of supervision
- Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders; such as clients and internal team members
-Strong analytical skills are needed to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts,
- Decompose high-level information into details
- Facilitation skills to assist gathering requirements in workshops and provide training to clients and internal team members
