Case Manager (Legal)


Elite Technical is seeking a Case Manager for our clients Securities Litigation department. The appropriate candidate will be highly motivated, be able to work independently, and have strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include document retrieval and review, factual investigation and analysis, application of relevant industry rules and regulations, direct client communication, and production of written evaluative report and recommendation. We are seeking candidates that can support attorneys and oversee the case management process, organize and maintain case files, and help manage caseload requirements.

Required Skills


- J.D. is required
- 2+ years of Paralegal and/or Legal Case Management experience
- Preference for candidates who come out of a securities related department.
- Superior oral, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented
- Ability to be resourceful and handle dozens of matters at once.
