Our Client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to provide Toll Operations support as a business or technical analyst. Additionally, you will assist the task lead in a program to ensure intellectual property is captured and processed.
The selected BA will be required to work onsite Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Support of the UX/UI/CX effort to enhance the user experience and interface for customer service representatives.
- Support of the effort to ensure IT standards compliance for TransCore and other toll operations contracts.
- Support Tolling Operations during the development of a unified back office system.
- Support the UX/UI/CX business transformation.
- Support delivering Natural Language IVR to maximize self-service.
- Support the implementation of ALPR and vehicle fingerprinting technologies and finding innovative solutions to streamline and automate license plate identification.
- Support the Data Migration for tolling back office.
- Minimum 3 years of BA experience
- Experience in performing and analyzing process, procedures, and systems related to tolling operations.
- Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- experience with tolling operations is a plus
