Lean Agile Transformation Coach

Our client, a major Healthcare Insurance organization, is undertaking a digital transformation which requires enterprise agility paired with the retooling of our technology stack to speed delivery and expand our reach. The Digital Product Management team is leading this charge by advancing our Value Stream ways of working across the organization, by supporting our journey toward Lean Agile leadership. To drive this, the Lean-Agile Transformation Coach will provide coaching to drive behaviors to enable business agility, unlocking our ability to provide the maximum value to our customers in the shortest sustainable lead time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Establish a coaching model to drive behaviors across the organization aligned with Lean Agile delivery.
2. Conduct baseline assessments of existing Value Streams and establish growth and change management roadmaps with the goal of establishing and achieving behaviors that focus on critical path to value.
3. Define and track progress toward cross functional effectiveness.
4. Facilitate the establishment of Value Based OKRs for Value Stream and Platform and Enablement Teams, providing guidance on how to connect the Corporate Strategy to Value Stream execution.
5. Identify coaching opportunities and growth plans for Platform and Enablement teams.
6. Support the Value Streams and their Stakeholders in understanding customers--'--"- needs and quantifying the underlying value of the solutions delivered.
7. Provide guidance on identifying interruptions to the flow of value.
8. Provide coaching to ensure teams deliver value while meeting quality initiative targets, such as defect leakage to production.
9. Establish an approach to provide transparency for Platform and Enablement teams, with a consolidated backlog and P&E roadmaps that map to the Value Stream Roadmaps.
10. Provide guidance on Jira and Jira Align configuration to support Platform and Enablement team structure and transparency.

Required Skills

- Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
-Education Level: Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
-Experience: 10 years or equivalent in the use of Lean, Agile methodologies. Proven success leading large-scale Agile transformation.
- 3 years as an Lean Agile Transformation Coach
-Expert knowledge of Lean, Agile principles and practices.,
-Expert knowledge of lean/agile theory, different methodologies like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, DevOps; practices, ceremonies, etc.
-Knowledge of Product management, DevOps, Test automation, and other supporting functions required for delivering business value like infrastructure, InfoSec, Architecture etc,
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.,
