Our client, an IT Services organization supporting commercial and federal clients, is seeking 2-3 an on-site IOS Device Support technicians to help enroll 2500 devices as part of their customer's on-going InTune Migration.
The position is 100% onsite. The initial contract is for about 3 months (400 hours) with the potential to extend based on job performance and business needs.
The Device Support Technicians will assist in resetting an entire fleet of iOS devices for the end-customer. Following a predefined checklist of steps, the Technicians will backup, wipe, and restore the iOS devices for the customer's employees. The process takes about 25 minutes per employee. Employees will book appointments with the Technician to have their devices reset.
Responsibilities:
* Migrate all customer user devices according to defined procedure in SOP
* Utilize scheduling platform to schedule appointments with all users
* Provide excellent and efficient customer service to all users
Skills/Education:
*1-3 years of experience in a similar role, like Help Desk or Technical Support
*Experience with supporting iOS devices
*Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide calm, friendly assistance to customer staff
*Willingness to follow the restore protocol exactly
