Elite Technical is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to support our Healthcare Insurance client in the Elkridge MD area. This position is responsible for responding to open season telephone inquiries pertaining to member eligibility and coverage. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Rep will be to reply to phone inquiries regarding basic eligibility and coverage questions with clear, concise responses in a tactful and courteous manner. Primary Accountabilities Include:
1. Providing eligibility information via phone.
2. Quoting Health Plan coverage on a limited basis.
3. Communicating information to external parties.
4. Performing related duties, as requested.

- 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Background in health insurance call center = big plus
- Experience in a High Volume Inbound Call Center / Customer Service support experience.
- Tech savviness is required, specifically being able to support MS Office (Outlook, Excel Word) = MUST HAVE
- Flexibility to accommodate both shifts: 8am to 4pm AND 10am to 6pm (M-F)
