We are hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for our customers Open Enrollment Season. Our customer is a premier Federal Healthcare Insurance organization based in Washington DC (these positions are 100% remote). After completing the necessary training, the CSRs will be implementing service and customer retention strategies through telephone interactions and written transactions which may include; member enrollment, interpretation of benefits, upgrades and coordination of benefits. Tasks and activities include:
* Respond to high volume call center support from members seeking healthcare insurance support and guidance
* Executes enrollment transactions
* Collaboration with medical experts
* Determine need for managed care initiatives
* Examines claims to identify key elements
* Apply an expert ability to analyze client needs
* Identifies clients who are eligible or in need of managed care interventions
* Documentation of all client encounters

* Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
* Seeking a minimum of 3 years of High Volume Inbound Call Center / Customer Service support experience. (Roughly 70 calls (could be more) on daily basis). Outbound calling considered a plus
* Tech savviness is required, specifically being able to support MS Office (Outlook, Excel Word) = MUST HAVE
*Able to join/attend/participate in internal meetings on MS Teams
* Proven experience/successes within a high call volume is required
* Thrive in a Quality/Production driven environment
* Ability to defuse an irate customer via phone
* Attention to detail is CRITICALLY important.
* Healthcare / Health Insurance experience is highly preferred
* Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-9 / ICD-10 codes is a BIG PLUS
* PHI Member Data knowledge - Big Plus
