Litigation Paralegal


We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support our law firm client in NYC. The selected candidate will work in our client-s Adult Sexual Abuse Department in their NYC office. The selected candidate must be reliable and professional to work as part of our close-knit team. A successful candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills; must be highly organized and detail oriented. Hybrid work schedule offered to staff based on length of employment and measurable productivity.

Responsibilities
- Communicating with clients
- Preparing and exchanging discovery demands, responses and authorizations
- Obtaining and exchanging medical records
- Court filings
- Other administrative duties as needed

Required Skills


- Experience of 4+ years with negligence and personal injury cases required
- Ability to preparing and exchange court filings, discovery demands, responses and authorizations
- Litigation experience is required (2+ years)
- Experience in medical malpractice is a BIG PLUS.
- Experience reviewing medical records is a plus
- Paralegal certificate preferred
