Elite Technical is seeking a Sr. Software Delivery Project Manager who can lead, plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects within an extremely fast pace environment. This role oversees and directs complex $5M+ enterprise wide corporate initiatives involving 15-50+ stakeholder groups across several organizational work streams utilizing both Agile & Waterfall methodologies to deliver results. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

-- 25% Actively plans and manages large scale Waterfall or Agile projects holistically around scheduled program increments and milestones, scope, cost, resource health and risks while collaborating with stakeholders in key meetings resulting in successful project delivery
-- 25% Plans and owns project finances which includes timing implications and key payment dates while proactively reporting status, scorecard creation and fulfilling project analysis requests by using critical and creative thinking
-- 25% Leads and contributes to vendor selection and procurement activities under program manager guidance while identifying, producing and fulfilling resource and go-live operational plans to insure project success
-- 25% Prepares key documents, present business cases and produces other reports as needed while collaborating with stakeholders to bring projects through project funding conversations and initiation ceremonies

Required Skills

- BS Degree required
- Experience: 7+ years experience as a Software based Project Manager, leading projects in a cross-functional, technical systems implementation within a fast pace environment.
- Must have recent Healthcare Payor Industry experience.
- Prior experience leading SW migrations/transformations (or similar) at the enterprise level.
- Coming from a customer service facing application project is highly preferred
- Must have strong Risk Management skills
- Strong Financial Management ability including comprehension of project financials, profit and loss and the ability to create and manage and adhere to a broader project budget. Seeking candidates that have managed a minimum of $2.5M.
- Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time (critically important)
- Must strong Agile/Scrum knowledge (PI Planning, Spring PI Planning, Grooming etc..) with basic knowledge of Waterfall methodologies
- Software Expertise: MS Office, any Project MGT Tools is fine (MS Project or similar). Building out project plans in any platform is acceptable.
- Knowledge of the entire SDLC is critically important.
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to successfully lead in a matrixed environment

- SAFe Scrum Master Certification
- Cloud AWS Knowledge
