Help Desk Analyst

Seeking Help Desk Analysts to provide 100% phone support to assist with upgrading the network in various department store office locations. The Help Desk Analysts will follow a script to work with an onsite technician to remove an old Fortinet router and install a pre-configured Meraki MX67C device, connect laptop and printer and test to ensure a successful installation. This project is expected to be 2-3 months and will be located Western Suffolk County.

Required Skills

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following background and capabilities:
* 3+ years of Help Desk / Phone support experience
* Must have basic PC skills and understand how to assign an IP address to a laptop and set to DHCP if needed.
* Basic network troubleshooting
* Must have excellent communication skills
