Solutions Business Manager Administrator

Immediate need for a Solutions Business Manager Administrator (formerly Serena Business Manager) to support our client, a major Federal Healthcare Insurance organization, in SW Washington DC (100% remote due to COVID 19). Our client is seeking assistance with upgrading SBM to 11.4.2.

Required Skills

- 8-11 Years of experience with Solutions Business Manager (formerly Serena Business Manager)
- Demonstrated experience upgrading SBM to 11.4.2
- Demonstrated experience using Composer
- Demonstrated experience using SBM Work Center
- Experience configuring SLA-s
- Advanced knowledge of configuring notifications
- Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) knowledge and experience with web services is strongly preferred, but not required
