Immediate need for a Senior Level Recruiter to support our customer, an e-commerce commercial/industrial product organization, which can be staffed in Port Washington NY (Long Island), Buford GA or Robbinsville NJ. Responsibilities include:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of openings across Technology, Engineering, Internships programs
- Apply your passion for direct sourcing and experience with multiple tools and established networks
- Drive and implement innovative strategies for pipeline generation of diverse talent to our core and niche roles, as well as our critical & recurring roles
- Lead recruitment status meetings with hiring managers and functional client contacts
- Partner with your peers on the People and Culture team (Talent, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Facilities) throughout the recruitment life-cycle to ensure a seamless candidate / new hire experience

- Bachelor-s Degree in Human Resources or related field (highly preferred)
- 6+ years of professional experience providing full life cycle corporate recruitment supporting both IT and Non-IT positions.
- Intern Program recruitment experience is a BIG PLUS
- Proven success with leveraging employer branding, candidate sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offer positioning and closing
- Self-starter, able to adjust to changing priorities, and can operate effectively amidst ambiguity
- Computer and Social Media savvy
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
