Application Developer (IVR)

Elite Technical is currently seeking an Application Developer to support a multi-year Interactive Voice Response (IVR) integration project, specifically a re-write from Nortel to Avaya applications. We are seeking application developers who have hands-on development experience with within Java, knowledge of Linux OS, and prior experience supporting an IVR integration related project (supporting any of the following platforms: Avaya, Periphonics/Nortel IVR, Genesys, Cisco). This is a contract position, with a minimum of 2 years of work, and is 100% remote (even post COVID).

Required Skills

Seeking five (5) PLUS years of the following Must Haves:
1) Linux - (OS, Scripting, Editing/VI)
2) Java
3) Interactive Voice Response (IVR) exposure/knowledge - Ideally, seeking Avaya's Experience Portal "Orchestration Designer", but will consider Periphonics/Nortel IVR. A distant third would be Genesys or Cisco

1) Full Stack/LAMP/Perl/Python
2) HTML/JavaScript/CSS
4) Axis/rest
5) Peripro/MPS developer
